Due to unforeseen circumstances, FBCA will not hold a Board or General Membership meeting, and will not conduct Board elections for the 2026 year.
The Board has voted to explore the process and requirements for a possible dissolution of FBCA, including obtaining legal guidance.
We will share additional information with members as soon as we have clear next steps and a timeline. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
